Ratings Director up to £80,000 pa (base) + Bonus Scheme & Corporate Benefits. TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will expand and add to the successful team.
Responsibilities
- Grow existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
- Lead and review own cases across an array of instructions.
Requirements
- Full driving license.
- The ability to work with autonomy.
- Comfortable with Depreciate Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation.
- Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS.
