TPL is partnering with a specialist property consultancy to identify a Director of Restructuring. The role will be based in either London or Manchester. Working alongside the Managing Director, you will support the team on existing cases and grow the business line. The firm advises a broad range of clients (including property companies, private equity firms, advisory firms & financial institutions) on property portfolios.
Responsibilities will include:
- Promote the firm through strategic stakeholder engagement, market presence and thought leadership.
- Drive business growth by nurturing existing client relationships and securing new opportunities through innovative commercial property solutions.
- Lead & train the growing team, embedding a culture of accountability, continuous development, and operational excellence.
- Ensure financial and operational discipline through robust use of Workflow Max, accurate invoicing, and proactive management of work in progress.
To be considered you WILL:
- Be MRICS and a Registered Valuer
- Have prior LPA Receivership experience
- Have a track record in business generation
- Be proficient in MS Office suite
