Responsibilities will include:
- Growing existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
- Leading and reviewing own cases across an array of instructions.
To be considered you WILL:
- Hold a full driving license.
- Have the ability to work with autonomy.
- Be comfortable with Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation.
- Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS.
