TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will expand and add to the successful team. As the Ratings Director, you will lead the London office and act on behalf of existing clients working on some of the largest assessments across the UK & IRE.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Grow existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
  • Lead and review own cases across an array of instructions.

Requirements for the role:

  • Full driving license.
  • The ability to work with autonomy.
  • Comfortable with Depreciate Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation.
  • Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS.

This is a great opportunity for a Ratings Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career and join a market leader. The Ratings Director will join a successful team and will be rewarded with a transparent bonus scheme & good corporate benefits. Whilst the preference is someone to head up the London office, with a national office network, the role can be based remotely or hybrid.
