- You will be responsible for
- Resolving third‑party and neighbouring property issues and disputes.
- Managing and coordinating sublet properties across the portfolio.
- Undertaking property inspections and preparing associated reports.
- Maintaining accurate property records, databases and reporting systems.
- Overseeing contractors and service providers across the portfolio.
- To be considered you will
- Preferably be MRICS qualified.
- Have worked in Property or Estate Management (occupier or investor).
