Senior Property Manager in City of London

TPL Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a mixed‑use commercial portfolio. The role reports to the Head of Commercial Property Management and is based in the City fringe offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of day‑to‑day property management with oversight of the properties within the geographic region.
• Prepare service charge budgets and annual maintenance expenditure forecasts.
• Supervise on‑site staff and procure service contractors to undertake maintenance and contract duties.
• Liaise on funding availability with the accounts team and manage a monthly expenditure budget.
• Liaise with tenants on all matters.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of current Landlord & Tenant legislation.
• Experience setting up new management instructions for multi‑occupied service charge properties, including apportioning liabilities and setting budgets.
• Strong understanding of property management accounts functions, including credit control and general tenant service charge queries and enquiries.
