TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will add to the successful team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Growing existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
  • Leading and reviewing own cases across an array of instructions.

To be considered you WILL:

  • Hold a full driving license.
  • Have the ability to work with autonomy.
  • Be comfortable with Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation.
  • Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS.
