TPL is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify an Associate Director for the Manchester offices. This is a great opportunity for a Valuation Surveyor looking for a broader role.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking valuation work across a range of asset classes.
- Acting as Case Manager on LPA Receivership cases, undertaking due diligence and developing strategic options for value recovery.
- Advising on disposal strategies, including lease re-gears, planning opportunities, and capital expenditure initiatives.
- Working closely with clients and external stakeholders (including solicitors, agents, planners, and insurers) to manage projects and deliver results.
- Supporting business development activities, including client engagement, fee proposals, and tender submissions.
To Be Considered You Will Be
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer, with a degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Have a good understanding of commercial and some residential markets.
- Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office and property/job management systems.
- Hold a full UK driving licence required.
