An excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to progress their career in Partnership Marketing, becoming an integral member of the agency and servicing a portfolio of clients in television, sport, entertainment and technology. The chosen candidate will ideate, negotiate and execute partnership campaigns, which will include experiential, influencer and marketing communications, as well as providing support to the senior team.
Key responsibilities
- Support the tpf Partnerships account team in the day-to-day running of client activity by helping to implement brand partnership campaigns as per individual client strategies.
- Respond to briefs with original and authentic ideas tailored to the content/ambition and target audience.
- Manage outreach to prospective partners, pitching in ideas and negotiating a value exchange partnership that is mutually beneficial for the client and partner brand.
- Deliver and present multi-channel value exchange partnerships to clients for sign off.
- Lead on status meetings with clients, sharing developments and troubleshooting potential issues.
- Produce accurate briefs, presentations and proposals, oversee promotional copy, including client and legal approval.
- Manage the implementation of partnership campaigns, from briefing stage through to approval of campaign assets and post-campaign analysis.
- Work with wider client teams to increase reach of campaign including client’s PR, Influencer and Internal Comms teams.
- Have a good knowledge of brands and a creative approach.
- Good knowledge of marketing and cultural trends with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Key attributes
- 4 years experience in partnership marketing either in-house or agency.
- Experience presenting and pitching to clients and prospects.
- Ability to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines and react to last-minute changes.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
