This role would suit an existing Production Executive with up to 2 years experience that includes development of production budgets.The position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive, dynamic individual to join tpf and work with the whole agency to deliver live events suchas retail experiences, product launches promotional events and more for our portfolio of clients.Within the role you\’ll be responsible for supporting and managing all production elements for live events that take place across the agency. You\’ll take pride in the accuracy and creativity of your work along with having exceptional time management skills, event experience, innovative thinking and excellent attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Working with the tpf Live team to deliver creative and impactful live events from initial brief through to completionHelp manage the implementation of existing tpf Live client briefs and any additional experiential briefs received by the agencyYou will be able to produce campaign budgets for client approval, and maintain ongoing internal project accounting to track overall expenditure and revenue on activitySupport the running of events on-site during install, live and de-rig and liaising withal third-party suppliers, production companies and technical outlets to produce best-in-class eventsYou will be able to work across a variety of production processes, be able to manage multiple suppliers and be aware of technological developments in the industry.You will already possess an existing knowledge of risk assessments and health & safety requirements and be able to produce RAMS documents for client approvalYou will have excellent communication skills both written and verbalYou will act as key interface with client teams on the day-to-day running of their campaigns and make them feel confident in the delivery of all their campaignsTo support the smooth running of each campaign, you will produce accurate response to briefs, presentations, budgets and production schedules to meet all our client requirementsBe a problem solver, quick on your feet, calm in moments of chaos and a creative thinker
