An excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual starting out in Marketing to become an integral member of the agency, working to service a portfolio of clients in television, sport, entertainment and retail.
Please note this is an entry level position.
The chosen candidate will work on a range of partnerships, sponsorships and marketing campaigns, as well as providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key responsibilities:
Support the partnerships and sponsorships account team in the day-to-day running of client activity by helping to implement key initiatives as per individual client strategies.
Interface with client teams on the day-to-day running of their campaigns.
Produce accurate briefs, presentations and proposals, oversee campaign copy, including client and legal approval.
Assist in the implementation of campaigns, from briefing stage through to approval of campaign assets and post-campaign analysis.
Attend regular status meetings with clients.
Assist in the research of budgets and produce campaign plans.
Compile campaign overview documents and presentations, including analysis and review of activity performance.
Take ownership of how partnerships and sponsorships are showcased on tpf social media accounts.
Help prepare briefing and industry reports with a specific focus on sponsorship and partnership marketing.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with tpf’s clients and external contacts such as print partners, media owners, etc.
Work on all administrative tasks associated with the running of accounts including liaising with prize companies to source prizes and prize/winner management.
Experience / skills required:
Graduate in a marketing and/or communications degree.
Experience in collating and presenting information.
Ability to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines and react to last-minute changes.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
