TPF Recruitment is supporting a highly successful and well-established firm of chartered accountants based near Goudhurst in Kent, close to the East Sussex border, in their search for an International Tax Manager. This highly reputable practice has built an outstanding reputation for its specialist tax services across Kent, London, the Southeast, and internationally.
The tax team is made up of highly experienced professionals from a range of Big 4, Top 20, and independent practice backgrounds, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading firm with exposure to an impressive client base. The position offers a varied and technically interesting workload, supporting a broad portfolio of UK and international clients including:
- Internationally mobile individuals
- Non UK domiciled clients
- Entrepreneurial businesses

- High net worth individuals with cross border interests
As an International Tax Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients and act as a key point of contact, providing both advisory and compliance services. You will work closely with the Partners on a range of international tax matters including:
- Residence and domicile advice
- Cross border structuring
- Double tax treaty matters
- Overseas property and investment structures
- International succession and estate planning
- Remittance basis planning
- Corporate international tax matters
- Tax efficient structuring for entrepreneurial and internationally expanding businesses
You will also play an important role within the management team, providing technical support to junior staff and Partners, leading client meetings, overseeing workflow, reviewing work, mentoring junior team members, and assisting with specialist advisory projects. There will also be opportunities to become involved in networking and business development activities, should this appeal to you.
