Audit & Accounts Manager – Sittingbourne, Kent, United Kingdom. A leading, growing firm of chartered accountants is seeking an Audit and Accounts Manager to join as a key hire. Responsibilities
- Manage audits from planning to completion.
- Mentor Audit Seniors and Audit Semi Seniors, supporting their learning and development.
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure they are met.
- Work alongside and be part of the senior management team and support company growth.
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Provide professional, client-facing communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience delivering audits across varied industries, including corporates, OMBs and SMEs, as well as not-for-profit and charity sectors.
- Ability to develop client relationships and work with wider tax and advisory/business services teams on project work.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
