TPF Recruitment are working with a well-established firm of chartered accountants in Chatham who are looking to recruit a Personal Tax Compliance Manager to join their successful tax team. This role offers the chance to become part of a highly regarded team where you will manage a diverse and interesting portfolio of personal tax clients. You will take ownership of their compliance requirements, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.
The Role
- Managing your own portfolio of personal tax clients
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting personal tax returns
- Liaising directly with clients and HMRC, ensuring queries are handled efficiently
- Supporting the advisory and planning team as required
- There is also potential for a mixed compliance and advisory position, if of interest.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working within an accountancy practice
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
- AAT, ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
Benefits
- £45,000 – £55,000 dependent on experience and background (negotiable)
