TPF Recruitment are working with a well-established firm of chartered accountants in Maidstone who are looking to recruit a Tax Compliance Manager to join their successful tax team. This role offers the chance to join a highly regarded team where you will manage a diverse and interesting portfolio of personal tax clients. You will take ownership of their compliance requirements, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.
Your client base will be varied, ranging from high-net-worth individuals, non-domiciled and non-resident clients, through to those with capital gains and other more complex tax considerations.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own portfolio of personal tax clients.
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting personal tax returns.
- Liaising directly with clients and HMRC, ensuring queries are handled efficiently.
- Contributing to advisory and planning projects as required.

Requirements
- You will have a minimum of 3+ years experience working within an accountancy practice.
- You will have had experience preparing and reviewing tax returns.
