Our client is renowned for providing outstanding advisory services and fostering a friendly and sociable work culture. Based in central London, our client is looking for a Partnership Tax Manager, to join their growing Tax team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the firm’s growing partnership tax offering. The successful candidate will lead on partnership tax compliance and advisory projects, providing expert guidance across the full spectrum of partnership tax issues, including structuring, profit allocations, partner succession, and mixed-member rules. Advisory work will span exit and succession planning, restructuring, and inheritance tax considerations relevant to partnerships and professional practices.
You will also support Partners on complex technical matters and work closely with senior leadership to further develop the firm’s reputation in this specialist area. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of partnership tax compliance and advisory services
Manage a portfolio of partnership clients, including OMBs and HNWIs ensuring exceptional client service
Oversee project budgets, workflow, and timely completion of advisory assignments
Provide technical support on partnership profit allocation, partner succession, and restructuring matters
Collaborate with Partners and senior management on complex compliance and advisory projects
Ensure adherence to HMRC regulations and professional institute guidelines
Manage the tax team
RequirementsPartnership Tax Manager/Associate Director – London
CTA qualified with 3 years\’ post qualification experience
Strong technical expertise in tax gained within the profession or industry
Experience using Digita
Experience mentoring and supervising staff
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple assignments
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues

This role will offer you a competitive salary, excellent progression opportunities, and exposure to good quality clients, as well as a good work life balance.
They are offering a salary in the region of £75,000 – £85,000 depending on experience
