Great opportunity for an ACCA part-qualified accountant to join a small, but excellent, practice in the Epsom area. You'll work in a broad capacity, supporting a caseload of clients with their accounting needs including: accounts, audit, tax, payroll and bookkeeping. The majority of clients are owner managed businesses from a wide range of industries, and in this role you'll not only handle a varied workload but you'll receive support to finish your ACCA qualification.
In this role you'll manage your own portfolio of clients and will have the following responsibilities:
- Preparing accounts for clients
- Preparing corporation tax returns and personal tax returns
- Bookkeeping for clients using cloud based software such as Xero
- Provide ad hoc business advisory services
Requirements
We are looking for applicants who are ACCA part-qualified and have experience working within accountancy practice. You must also have:
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Detailed understanding of cloud based accounting packages
