Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Office Management
- Provide day to day guidance to the accounts team and ensure high quality delivery across all work
- Oversee office operations and support a positive and organised working environment
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and staff development
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements
- Support operational planning and contribute to long term strategic decisions
- Encourage the adoption of modern systems and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Team Management

- Delegate workload effectively across the team

- Review and sign off year end accounts, management accounts and tax submissions

- Maintain strong long term relationships and ensure client retention
- Business Development and Expansion
- Drive new business activity and build strong connections across the region and internationally
- Represent the firm at networking events and professional gatherings

- ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
