This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager or existing Associate Director to join a highly respected accountancy practice in a strategic leadership position.
Working closely alongside the Partners, you'll take responsibility for a significant portfolio of clients while leading complex tax advisory assignments, reviewing technical work and helping shape the future direction of the department.
This role combines strategic client advisory work with leadership, business development and team management, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the next step towards Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Tax Advisory Lead complex tax planning assignments for owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
Provide commercially focused advice across corporate and personal taxation.
Support business acquisitions, restructures, succession planning and shareholder planning.
Act as a trusted adviser to key clients.
Leadership & Technical Oversight Oversee the quality of accounts and tax work across the department.
Lead, mentor and develop Managers and Senior staff.
Drive improvements in processes, systems and client service delivery.
Work closely with the Partners on strategic initiatives.
Portfolio & Business Development Manage a substantial portfolio of high value clients.
Drive business development and identify growth opportunities.
Strengthen existing client relationships while winning new work.
Support the long term growth strategy of the practice.
Requirements Requirements ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
Extensive experience within UK accountancy practice.
Strong tax advisory and accounts background.
Proven leadership and business development experience.
Commercially minded with ambitions to become a Director or Partner.
Benefits£70,000+ depending on experience.
