Overview
TPF Recruitment, Kent\’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is recruiting for a Graduate Tax Accountant to join an independent firm of chartered accountants based in Faversham. This role starts with tax compliance work and tax computations, with increasing exposure to technical advisory and project work as you progress, supporting the Manager and Partners. The firm serves clients in the UK and internationally and offers exposure to tax work at a high level.
You will be offered study support (AAT/ATT/CTA/ACA or ACCA) dependent on experience, with all expenses covered by the business, and on-the-job training.
This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career and work toward becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor with a respected practice in Faversham. Candidates must be based within a reasonable, commutable distance from Faversham.
Responsibilities
- Initially perform tax compliance work and tax computations.
- Progress to more technical advisory work and project work, supporting the Manager and Partners.
- Support clients both in the UK and internationally with tax services as experience grows.
Requirements
- 2.1 or above preferable in a finance-related degree (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance).
- Grades C,C,C or above at A level.
- Grade C or above in English and Mathematics at GCSE level.
