Job Description
Great opportunity for an experienced practice accountant to join a well-established practice based in the Sutton area. You may be qualified (ACA/ACCA), part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
You\’ll be responsible for taking on a senior role, and working with clients from a variety of industries including property investment, construction, professional services, entertainment, retail and hospitality.
In this role you\’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and will have the following responsibilities.
- year-end accounts
- preparing corporation tax returns and personal tax planning
- creating forecasts and business models for clients
- VAT returns
- providing ad hoc advice to clients
- assisting with the integration of new systems across the practice
Requirements
We are looking for applicants from those who are ACA or ACCA qualified / part-qualified / qualified by experience and have experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
You\’ll also be confident using Xero (essential), and other cloud based software.
