Job Description
TPF Recruitment are working with a fantastic, well-known firm of chartered accountants in Maidstone who have a fantastic reputation across the South East. Our client is a market leading, Top 15 firm of chartered accountants, that provides a wide array of accounting services to a completely mixed client portfolio. This includes sole traders, LLPs and Ltd companies through to significantly sized national and international groups. As a business, they have had a real focus on strengthening their corporate tax presence and are now looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their highly successful team.

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
- You will work closely with the local partners in delivering a range of tax work.
- You will work with a wide range of clients from owner-managed companies and quoted groups to local and national charities.
- You will be involved in compliance and ad hoc advisory work and business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new work.
- Ability to deliver general corporate tax consultancy, which may include some of the following:
- Group reorganisations. Advice on structuring acquisitions. Due diligence work and SPA reviews. Corporate debt, particularly in a group context.
- Research & Development tax relief / Patent Box. International tax advice (structuring / financing / transfer pricing). Capital allowances reviews.
Requirements
- You will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and will have developed your career to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels with a corporate tax focused career background having been developed within any mix of: in house and/or, accountancy practice firm background.
- You will bring a mix of compliance and planning skills and may come with expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work and be looking to develop further in other areas.
- You will have opportunity to work on wide-ranging work where you will have opportunity to develop your technical skill set within a supportive team and office culture.
Benefits
- £60,000 – £75,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
