As General Practice Partner, you'll oversee a varied portfolio of ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs, providing commercially focused advice while leading and developing high performing teams. Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio & Advisory
- Manage, develop and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, including large and technically complex businesses.
- Act as a trusted adviser, delivering commercially focused accounting and business advice.
- Build long term client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored service offerings.
- Deliver innovative solutions that add value and support clients' strategic objectives.

- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Significant experience operating at Director or Partner level within accountancy practice.
- Strong technical background across general practice, with previous audit and tax experience and a primary specialism in accounts preparation.
- Proven experience managing and growing a substantial client portfolio.
- Demonstrable success in business development and winning new work.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating high performing teams.
