Audit Manager – ACA / ACCA Qualified – Top 50 Firm\\n\\nAre you an Audit Manager looking for your next career move? \\n\\nOur client, a highly respected and growing accountancy practice, is seeking an ambitious Audit Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified Audit Manager ACA or ACCA with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership skills to play a key role in shaping the future of the audit department.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities of the Audit Manager:\\n\\nLead client engagements, liaising with stakeholders daily to schedule and deliver assignments.\\n\\nReview the work of Seniors and Supervisors, ensuring audit files are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.\\n\\nTake ownership of presenting high-quality working papers and financial statements to Partners / RIs.\\n\\nCoach and mentor team members at all levels, from Juniors through to Seniors, supporting their professional development.\\n\\nAct as line manager to a small team of Seniors, carrying out appraisals and providing constructive feedback.\\n\\nEnsure risk assessments are thorough and audit procedures are well designed and executed.\\n\\nManage assignment budgets, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to scope.\\n\\nReport directly to Partners, supporting with ad hoc queries and client requests.\\n\\nDrive continuous improvement in audit processes to enhance compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nFully ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in audit.\\n\\nStrong technical expertise in FRS 102, the Companies Act and ISAs, with up-to-date knowledge of upcoming standards.\\n\\nExcellent understanding of Corporation Tax legislation and audit planning for complex groups and contracts.\\n\\nPrevious experience working with international groups and reporting to group auditors.\\n\\nConfident in reviewing consolidations and advising clients at all levels.\\n\\nA natural leader with experience coaching, appraising, and developing junior staff.\\n\\nHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.\\n\\nStrong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and audit/tax software such as CCH ProAudit, Digita Accounts Production and Digita Corporation Tax (or the ability to adapt quickly).\\n\\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to discuss complex technical matters.\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\nCompetitive salary of £70,000\\n\\nHybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 from home with core-hours in place\\n \\nOpportunity to work with a highly regarded firm with a diverse client portfolio.\\n\\nExcellent career progression and ongoing professional development.\\n\\nEnhanced annual leave package\\n\\nPlease contact Andy Irvine on (phone number removed),  or Andrew Irvine | LinkedIn for a confidential conversation.  \\n\\nRefer a friend…\\n\\nWe’re keen to remain the leading provider of the best accountancy talent in the South-East.
