TPF Recruitment is working with a forward-thinking and well-established accountancy practice in Croydon who are looking to welcome a new Audit and Accounts Manager to their team.

The role:
You’ll be managing a broad client portfolio across audit and accounts, supporting a range of businesses from owner-managed companies to larger groups across a wide variety of sectors. Your role will be split between leading audits, reviewing accounts, and supporting a small team with their development.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of clients across audit and accounts
Planning, leading and reviewing audits from start to finish
Reviewing statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, and general compliance work
Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them grow and progress
Building strong client relationships and providing sound business advice
Working closely with partners on strategy, growth, and team development
