Our client is a leading firm of Top 100 Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Tunbridge Wells that has seen excellent growth in recent years. They operate a holistic accountancy practice service for their clients and internally prioritise their staff's development, progression and remuneration. They have a very modern office, open planned with a great working environment, based centrally in Tunbridge Wells.
Joining as an Audit Senior based from the firm's Tunbridge Wells offices, you will manage, deliver and provide audit services to clients across varied industries and sectors encompassing a wide range of corporates, OMBs and SMEs through to not-for-profit, charity and other niche, specialist sector clients. You will develop client relationships and work with the wider tax and advisory/business services teams on delivering wider project work and manage, develop and grow the audit team. A clear progression path is on offer and you will progress in your career within this leading firm of accountants. The position can be moulded around the candidate subject to their experience and aspirations. There are clear progression prospects for this position to progress to an Audit Manager position.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- Extensive audit experience, working within a Practice environment
- Confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery
- Team player who wants to join a 'family' of like-minded individuals
- A dynamic approach - adapts quickly to change and is able to find smart ways to deliver the best results
- Collaborates with peers but also brings own voice to the table
Benefits:
£35,000- £45,000 dependent on experience. Highly competitive benefits package.
