They are seeking an Accounts Senior for a general practice role involving accounts tax bookkeeping and VAT. The ideal candidate can be either qualified partqualified or qualified by experience. The firm provides study support a modern approach to technology a friendly working environment and further progression opportunities. Responsibilities include: Preparing statutory accounts. Assisting with management accounts production. Handling personal tax corporate tax and VAT returns. Performing general bookkeeping duties using Xero or Quickbooks. Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees. Requirements You will be studying your ACCA / ACA or be qualified or qualified by experience. You will have substantial experience within a UK accountancy practice preparing accounts tax and other responsibilities for a mixed client base of sole traders partnerships and limited companies. Minimum of 35 years of experience in an accountancy practice environment. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero QuickBooks Sage and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support junior staff.
