TPF Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly respected and forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Weybridge. Our client is looking to bring an experienced Manager or Senior Manager into their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and personable professional who enjoys managing client relationships and leading a dynamic team within a supportive environment.
The Role
In this position, you\\\βll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, overseeing accounts preparation, corporation tax and personal tax compliance. You\\\βll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality service while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing and reviewing accounts and tax returns for a portfolio of clients
- Supervising and mentoring a team of accountants and trainees
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and relationship management
- Working closely with the partners to deliver advisory projects and identify opportunities for added value
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax legislation
Requirements
About You
We\\\βre looking for someone who:
- Is ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Has strong experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
- Enjoys developing client relationships and providing a personal, professional service
- Has experience managing a portfolio of clients and supervising a team
- Is proactive, organised and confident in leading and developing others
