TPF Recruitment is supporting a Top 30 UK accountancy firm in their search for a talented Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team in London.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate International Tax Senior Manager to join a top 30 practice in London. This senior tax leadership role is ideal for an experienced Corporate Tax professional looking to work with a diverse portfolio of UK and international businesses, including multinational groups, entrepreneurial companies, regulated organisations and AIM listed businesses. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering corporate tax advisory services, managing complex compliance matters, leading client relationships and supporting strategic tax planning projects across a range of sectors.
Key Highlights
- Lead and develop relationships with UK and international corporate clients, acting as a trusted business adviser.
- Deliver expert advice on UK corporation tax, international tax, transfer pricing, double taxation relief, withholding taxes and permanent establishments.
- Manage and review complex corporate tax returns and compliance work for a varied client portfolio.
- Support high value tax planning projects, including business restructures, demergers, acquisitions, due diligence exercises and company sales.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately five tax professionals.
- Hybrid working model with travel across London, Kent and Sussex as required.

Requirements
- CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Solid corporate or mixed tax experience within a practice environment
- Strong technical expertise, with the ability to research complex tax legislation
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Exposure to a wide range of sectors is beneficial but not essential
