We are looking for a professional Qualified Train Driver to help us deliver operational excellence across our extensive intercity network. As a Qualified Driver for TransPennine Express, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of our customers, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and strict adherence to rules and regulations.

Please be aware that due to health and safety commitments applicants are required to live within a 1 hour commuting distance of the depot you are applying for or be willing to relocate within a 1 hour commute band, prior to commencing the role.
Requirements for Shortlisting:
- Attend an interview with the Driver Management team, including an assessment of behaviours and rules knowledge.
- Complete a safety critical medical to the new driver licensing standard, including a drugs and alcohol screening.
- Have Safety of the Line history checked – upload your ‘Transfer of Safety Information’ as soon as possible.
- Must hold an EU Train Drivers License.
- Applications that have undergone laser eye surgery are not considered.
