This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic People function, supporting a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) matters while partnering with key stakeholders across the business. Working as part of a wider People team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR and employment law support, ensuring a consistent and professional service is delivered.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for future development into a Business Partner role. The person will have an understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation and have had experience working in a busy People team.
The People team work in a fast-paced, changing environment and we are looking for someone who can manage their own workload, prioritise effectively, ensure continuous professional development and be a self-starter with a proactive approach.
