About the Role
We are seeking a Reporting and Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality procurement data, insights and reporting that support informed decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will own and develop procurement data, systems and dashboards, ensuring accurate, timely reporting that drives value for money and supports category strategies. You will work closely with Procurement and Finance colleagues, acting as the key interface for spend data, reporting and operational insight. In this role, you will manage procurement systems and master data, produce both cyclical and ad-hoc reports for senior stakeholders, and lead the development and enhancement of dashboards, automation and AI-enabled reporting. You will also take responsibility for day-to-day system support, training and issue resolution across the supply chain.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded procurement professional with strong Excel and data management skills, who enjoys working independently and driving continuous improvement. The role offers scope to make a real difference in TPE's procurement systems, data and reporting architecture, hybrid working (up to three days per week in our central Manchester office), and the chance to develop expertise in public sector procurement.
