We're looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Train Dispatchers (RSAs). This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support passengers with information, assistance, and the safe dispatch of trains. You'll be the face of our station, helping customers travel with confidence, whilst ensuring trains are dispatched on time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Dispatching trains safely and efficiently
- Providing high‑quality customer service and travel information
- Assisting passengers throughout the station
- Working collaboratively as part of a busy station team
What we’re looking for:
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well‑presented, organised, and physically fit
- Good numeracy and literacy
- High level of safety awareness
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
Additional requirements:
This is a safety‑critical role and will require psychometric testing, a medical assessment, and practical training. Full training will be provided.
Start date: Interviews will take place on a rolling basis, with start dates available as soon as possible.
