We're on the hunt for an outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our new Customer Ambassador team.

It doesn't matter whether a customer is getting on or off one of our trains at a station we manage, or one managed by another train operator, we want each and every one of our customers to have a great travelling experience with us.

As a Customer Ambassador, you'll be based at a major station to represent Trans Pennine Express and be attentive to the needs of our customers, especially during times of disruption.

The role will present daily variety and challenge as you help people with their different requirements—be that a customer who requires assistance to access the station or train, coordinating rail replacements, pointing customers to the correct places, or trying to reunite people with their lost property.

You will receive all the training and ongoing support and supervision you need to do an amazing job for our customers.
