About the Role
Here\'s What You\'ll Be Doing
- Analyse customer behavioural data across our Single Customer view, other digital analytics platforms such as GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and use bespoke digital tools to uncover actionable insights.
- Translate those insights into recommendations that drive our digital channel growth, support digital strategy, generate positive commercial outcomes, and better customer experiences.
- Build and maintain dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Big Query, Tableau, and Excel to enable dynamic performance reporting.
- Lead the implementation and execution of A/B testing and UX reviews to identify and help resolve pinch points in digital customer journeys to improve key commercial metrics.
- Work directly with our Marketing team to develop segmentation strategies that influence CRM and deliver personalised value.
- Own key relationships with digital and data platform suppliers to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Uphold high standards of data quality and compliance through regular audits and monitoring protocols.
- Evaluate and evolve digital KPIs, holding both internal teams and third-party suppliers accountable for performance
What You\'ll Bring
- Proven experience in digital analytics, preferably in commercial or customer-centric environments with large and varying datasets.
- Strong grasp of behavioural analysis methods, digital marketing metrics, and UX optimisation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, GA4, Tableau (or equivalent), Excel, and working with APIs.
- Ability to transform raw data into strategic insights by identifying patterns, trends, and business context.
- Confidence in presenting findings and crafting data-led narratives with commercial impact.
- A proactive mindset with an eye for continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and digital compliance standards.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, SCV providers, and digital SaaS agencies (a plus but not essential).
- A genuine interest in improving the customer experience through smarter digital tools and data.
