From senior managers and directors to marketing agencies, research suppliers and industry colleagues, you\’ll be connecting with passionate professionals who care about our customers as much as you do.

Here\’s a few things you\’ll be doing:

  • Lead exciting research projects that dive deep into what makes our customers tick
  • Turn data into powerful insights that fuel smart decisions across marketing, CX, and product
  • Monitor how our brand is perceived and help guide how it grows
  • Own and champion audience segmentation models that bring our customers to life
  • Collaborate across teams, industry and manage relationships with external research partners
  • Present insights in a way that makes people sit up and say “wow!”
  • Keep things fresh by staying on top of the latest trends, tech, and tools

What You\’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or brand strategy
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interrogate and bring multiple data sets together
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels with a knack for storytelling, making data engaging and actionable
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and PowerBI, with the drive to learn other tools such as Alteryx and CRM
  • Passionate about understanding what drives people and how brands connect
  • Proactive, independent, and motivated to make a difference
