TPA is seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 8 years’ experience to join our exciting and expanding practice in Berkshire. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent design ability, be technically proficient, and have a strong working knowledge of UK planning processes and Building Regulations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual seeking an opportunity to grow and develop within a collaborative team.
The role will predominantly focus on small to large-scale residential projects, with opportunities to work across a range of other UK-based sectors, including mixed-use, educational, and data centre projects. The position will involve working across RIBA Stages 1–6.
Candidates should have a thorough understanding of AutoCAD and Revit, with proven experience producing planning applications, working drawings, and detailed technical packages. A solid understanding of Planning and Permitted Development Rights, residential construction detailing, and compliance with Building Regulations is essential.
Applicants should possess strong drafting, written, and verbal communication skills, and be capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment.
