Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective.

Ability to follow client's instructions closely.

Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client.

B2 CEFR English Level bilingual with other required languages.

Able to work from home on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate interpretation from one language to another to help individuals with language barriers communicate and understand each other effectively.
  • Handle on-demand telephone or video calls and interpret conversations in consecutive mode between English and the target language.
  • Process information quickly and accurately while recognizing cultural sensitivities, maintaining professionalism, and showing courtesy at all times.
  • Use appropriate industry terminology and demonstrate understanding of common procedures and practices.
  • Support calls that may cover simple or complex, non-technical or technical topics across industries such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency (911), Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
