Role Overview

At Findasense, a Teleperformance‑owned company, we are looking for a Social Media Project Manager for the Great Britain Market to take part in an exciting international project.

In this role, you will support our client, a large multinational company in the beverage sector, across all local social media topics.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy

Support: Provide advisory input on local social strategies for client review and decision.

Ensure full alignment with the central strategy and OKRs and identify synergies between social and influencer marketing.

  • Content & Workflow

Coordination: Support the client in briefing external agencies.

Collect and consolidate feedback into a single, aligned response to share with the executing agency.

Track all reworks to ensure feedback is fully implemented before closure.

  • Trend

Identification: Review agency trend alerts daily to identify relevant trends per brand and market.

For each trend, provide a description, supporting examples (links/screenshots), brand relevance, and suggested next steps for client review.

  • Publishing

Governance: Ensure no organic content is published without required approvals from the client under a strict compliance process which involves several stakeholders.

Maintain strict proof of approval in the central library (including approving entity, asset reference, approver name, and link to published content) and ensure publishing frequency follows the approved strategy.

  • Quality Assurance & Process

Compliance: Ensure all executing agencies follow the client's processes and guidelines.

Collaborate with internal Findasense teams responsible for Community Management, tagging, and reporting in the local market.

Relay approved feedback, track remediation, and elevate non‑resolution.

  • Governance, Escalation & Technical

Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for internal Findasense teams regarding market social topics.

Coordinate between Social Tech Admin and executing agencies for technical issues and access changes.

Ensure executing agencies do not directly modify profile settings, bios, images, or access levels.

Escalate any risks, breaches, or non‑compliance to the client's local and central teams.

  • Monitoring & Intelligence: Conduct monthly checks for fake accounts across all brands in the market and elevate them.

Brief the Findasense Intelligence team on local social listening and reporting needs to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have knowledge and minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management for social media large accounts and influencers.

The candidate should be a native of Great Britain and possess local market insight.

  • Expertise in Community Management, Meta, Tik Tok, publishing workflows, tagging and operational QA, and ensuring agencies operate correctly.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices for executions in the market and ability to help others achieve their goals.
  • Integrity, drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong strategic social expertise to support senior managers, assess recommendations, and adapt them to the local market's needs.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing strict governance, compliance guidelines, and multi‑agency workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate between clients, internal Findasense teams, and external executing agencies.
  • Availability: Must be located in London and available to start before 1st July, including any notice period required by current employer.
