About the Role

This is a dedicated role working on prestigious Times Media brands, including The Times, Sunday Times, Times Radio and TLS. As a Producer you will play a key delivery role, responsible for driving integrated, omnichannel production across film, animation, social, digital and print from brief through to final delivery. You'll be the engine that keeps projects moving: organised, calm under pressure, and obsessed with quality and efficiency. Working closely with the Campaign Management team, creatives, filmmakers and designers, you'll ensure work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget, while building the kind of smooth, trusted relationships that make great creative possible. This is a hands‑on production role for someone who loves the operational craft of getting brilliant work out the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring smooth, efficient delivery from estimate through to final reconciliation.
  • Own technical delivery specifications for media owners, publishers and suppliers including sourcing, maintaining and circulating up‑to‑date specifications and ensuring all assets are delivered correctly first time.
  • Build solid relationships with clients, colleagues and freelancers to deliver efficient, cost‑effective production.
  • Own the tracking and management of licensing and rights usage across all production, ensuring every asset is cleared and compliant for its intended channels, territories and duration.
  • Work with production partners, suppliers and legal/business affairs to negotiate and secure the appropriate rights, mitigating risk to the client and the agency.
  • Manage resource allocation and quality standards, ensuring output consistently meets the brief and brand guidelines.
  • Take ownership of robust financial management across your projects including accurate estimates, tracking and reconciliation.
  • Ensure clear, effective flow of information across the agency and the client team.
  • Proactively support the resolution of production‑related delivery issues, removing barriers to success.
  • Work with filmmakers, creatives and designers to find the right production solutions to bring ideas to life.
  • Keep up to date with popular culture, production trends and emerging digital and social formats.

  • A confident grasp of production processes across film, animation, social, digital and print.
  • Strong financial acumen. You’ll feel comfortable owning estimates, budgets, tracking and reconciliation.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
