TP is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work with Heads of HR across the region, guiding employee relations, policy delivery and people plans. The role requires a hands-on generalist with influencing capability to drive business outcomes.
The position is hybrid (minimum 2 days per week on TP site, with WFH possible) and based in the Glasgow area. It reports to the Head of HR and supports a 9-month maternity cover with 37.5 hours per week at £38,000 per annum.
