Teleperformance in Glasgow is recruiting for an inbound Customer Service Expert to join the Disputes Team on the Lloyds Banking Division campaign.

The role starts with two weeks of training in Glasgow, then offers on-site work with the option to switch to home working based on performance.

The position is full-time and permanent, with a 40-hour week and flexible scheduling around 07:00–23:00. Prior banking call centre experience is highly valued.
