We are seeking a permanent Customer Service Advisor based in Newtownards.

Salary: Up to £27,976.00 annual salary (monthly pay). £1,000 Joining Bonus (£500 after 3 months, £500 retention bonus after 12 months).

Hybrid working options: 2 days in the office each week after successful completion of 3 weeks training and 4 week grad bay (training and grad bay fully office based).

Details:

  • Start date: Various dates from May 2026
  • Location: Natwest, Newtownards
  • Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week, hours worked between 07:00 and 23:00 (on‑site hours 08:00-20:00)

Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud check; must provide physical documentation of last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service at first point of contact and help the organisation achieve its goals.
  • Educate customers on banking options and support them to choose services that meet their personal needs.
  • Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, delivering a seamless and positive experience.
  • Take corrective actions to deliver good customer outcomes and mitigate gaps when identified.
