About the Role
The CRM Midweight Designer is a versatile, creative role within the Mosaic team, responsible for contributing to the development and execution of compelling, high‑performing communications across various platforms for The Sun, with a strong focus on CRM and email marketing. You will work closely with Design Directors, copywriters, and the wider creative team to build visually engaging campaigns that reach millions of readers. This role requires a solid understanding of design principles, brand guidelines, and responsive email design. Key Responsibilities
- CRM, Email & Digital Execution
- Develop High‑Quality Visual Designs: Create engaging, responsive email templates, CRM communications, digital ads, social media content, and video assets.
- Email Optimization: Design and implement layouts that provide optimal viewing experiences across various devices, screen sizes, and email clients, incorporating multimedia elements where appropriate.
- Deliverability & Quality Control: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, are optimized for different media channels, and meet strict technical specifications for email deliverability.
- Asset Preparation: Assist in the preparation and hand‑off of design assets for final delivery, ensuring files are organised and production‑ready.
- Conceptualisation & Ideation
