We’re looking for a self‑starter, ideas‑first Social Content Producer to join our growing &Accelerate team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at bringing creative ideas to life, from filming and editing engaging Reels or longer‑form YouTube content; to designing eye‑catching carousels; to managing the practical aspects of bigger scale content production. You’ll be expected to be comfortable managing multiple workstreams & clients, working across a variety of tasks in order to produce great social‑first creative. &Accelerate is a social agency designed for impact. We believe in the power of social to build modern day companies, and you’ll be working with challenger brands who share the same mentality.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- A keen eye for visual craft and brand tone.
- Are skilled at taking existing creative concepts and executing them flawlessly, including leading pre‑prod for shoots, creating content from existing assets, and managing timelines alongside colleagues.
- Know how to turn a trend into a branded moment.
- Are social‑native and can instinctively spot what content will land — whether that’s on TikTok, Instagram or elsewhere.
- Have great examples of previous work, ideally in an agency setting.
- Love to collaborate and bounce ideas around, and don’t mind getting hands‑on from time‑to‑time to capture lo‑fi content.
- Can confidently explain creative decisions and back them up with instinct.
- Have flexibility when it comes to working location, knowing that work will regularly take you on shoot location.
Nice-to-have:
- An understanding of AI tools and a curiosity to experiment with them.
