The Role

The Senior Account Director is the operational and client lead at the heart of our model.

You are the engine of our ‘Two Gears’ system, constantly toggling between long‑term strategy and real‑time tactical execution.

You live and breathe the WPP Open platform, using our agentic teams and AI tools to deliver integrated solutions that are faster, smarter, and more effective.

You are the client's partner in pace, motivating a multidisciplinary pod to produce exceptional work that delivers tangible commercial results.

Responsibilities

Relationship: Lead the day‑to‑day client partnership at the speed of culture, acting as the trusted advisor for both the big strategic bets and the daily tactical sprints.
