This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape and Devegetation Supervisor located in and around the West Midlands. The supervisor will oversee and manage landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and devegetation activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating work schedules.
- Leading a team to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Inspecting sites to ensure quality standards.
- Ensuring proper use of equipment and tools.
- Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Communicating regularly with clients, reporting progress updates, and providing recommendations for landscape design improvements when required.
Qualifications:
- Skillful in Landscape Maintenance, Gardening, and general Landscaping operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure project completion.
- Strong communication and time-management skills to interact with clients and coordinate schedules.
