At TP Tutors, we are dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential through personalised 1:1 learning support. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Tutors to support students across the Wellingborough area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored academic guidance outside the classroom.

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work directly with students to deliver lessons designed to meet their individual learning needs. You will help students build confidence, strengthen understanding, and achieve their academic goals.

Location: Tutoring may take place in person at learners' homes, schools, or local libraries in Wellingborough, depending on the learners' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to each student's learning needs
  • Support students with Maths, English, or Science (GCSE level)
  • Identify areas for improvement and create personalised lesson plans
  • Encourage confidence, motivation, and effective study habits
  • Provide feedback on student progress when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in the UK
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
