We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support learners in the Northampton area.
This role involves working closely with students on an individual basis, helping them to achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions based on individual learning needs
- Support students in subjects such as English, Maths, or other core areas
- Plan and adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities
- Monitor and report on student progress
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Strong subject knowledge (English, Maths, or relevant subject area)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience working with children or young people
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
