TP Tutors is recruiting dedicated SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Dorset.
Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs by delivering personalised tuition that builds confidence, engagement and academic progress.
Location: Dorset
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25-£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues or learners' homes

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised one-to-one tuition
- Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Build learners' confidence and encourage independent learning
- Monitor and record learner progress
- Develop positive relationships with families, schools and other professionals
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people within both mainstream and SEN/SEND settings
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, education, mentoring, youth work or a similar role
- Good understanding of safeguarding practices
- Ability to travel across Dorset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
